Welcome to Aura AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Aura AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Aura AI is a "Pocket Personal Stylist" application that uses artificial intelligence and biometrics to provide:

• Style DNA: Analysis of facial and body morphology, and personal color season ("Power Colors").
• Smart Wardrobe: Digitalization of your clothing inventory with automatic attribute detection (Magic Fill).
• Personal Shopper: Purchase recommendations, wardrobe gap detection, and item validation via in-store scanner.
• Daily Mirror: Outfit scoring (Score 1-100) and instant improvement suggestions.
• Virtual Salon: Hair styling and makeup recommendations (Makeup Pro).

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Limitations

Our services are based on advanced machine learning algorithms.

• Nature of Recommendations: Style suggestions, outfit scores, and color season analysis are subjective and based on aesthetic theories and mathematical patterns. They do not constitute absolute truth or certified professional advice.
• Accuracy: While we use cutting-edge technology, the AI may make errors in detecting colors due to photo lighting, or in identifying fabrics. Aura AI does not guarantee that the analysis is 100% error-free.
• Results: We do not guarantee specific social or professional outcomes resulting from the use of our style recommendations.

3. User Content and License

When using features such as the "Facial Scanner", "Daily Mirror", or uploading photos to your "Digital Inventory":

• You retain full ownership of your images.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing you with the App's analysis and features.
• You warrant that the uploaded photos are yours or that you have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Purchases and Affiliate Links

The "Personal Shopper" feature and product recommendations may contain links to third-party stores.

• Affiliation: Aura AI may receive commissions for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for the availability, price, quality, shipping, or returns of products sold by third parties. Any claim regarding a garment or cosmetic product must be directed to the original seller.
• Purchase Verdict: The "Verdict" feature (Buy it! / Do not buy) is an algorithmic suggestion based on your profile, not financial advice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application to upload illegal, offensive, pornographic, or privacy-violating content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Aura Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application, including dissatisfaction with makeovers, expenditures on recommended clothing, or loss of digital wardrobe data.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
